The Role

We are looking for a Backend Dev to join our growing team in Delhi. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain the server-side logic that powers our applications, ensuring performance, security, and scalability as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs to support web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across backend systems and application workflows.
• Assist in database design, optimization, and query management for reliable data handling.
• Contribute to testing, code reviews, and deployment processes to maintain high-quality releases.
• Monitor application performance and support ongoing improvements to system stability and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in backend development or a related software engineering role.
• Strong understanding of general backend development concepts, including server-side logic, APIs, and application architecture.
• Proficiency with at least one backend programming language or framework.
• Basic knowledge of databases, data structures, and version control systems such as Git.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to collaborate across functions.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment workflows, or DevOps basics.
• Understanding of testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
• Experience with performance tuning or database optimization.
