About the Role

BDA Tech is looking for a Junior Backend Developer to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build scalable web applications and grow their careers in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend applications using modern technologies and best practices.
Collaborate with senior developers to design, build, test, and deploy reliable software solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Assist in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Participate in code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality.
Work with databases to manage data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
Follow coding standards, security practices, and development guidelines.
Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and continuously improve technical skills.

Required Skills

Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Basic knowledge of one or more backend technologies: Java, Python, PHP, C#, Node.js, Express, NestJS, Spring Boot, Django, Laravel, or ASP.NET Core.
Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

Experience through personal, academic, or internship projects.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or Agile development methodologies.
A GitHub portfolio or project showcase is advantageous.
