About the Role

BDA Tech is looking for a motivated and skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining modern web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of JavaScript, frontend and backend development, REST APIs, databases, and Git. You will work closely with project coordinators, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and other developers to build reliable and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using the MERN stack.
Build reusable and maintainable frontend components using React.js.
Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services into applications.
Implement authentication and authorization using technologies such as JWT.
Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code.
Debug and resolve application issues and performance problems.
Perform unit testing and support QA teams during application testing.
Collaborate with the project/product team to understand requirements and deliver features on time.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
Maintain and improve existing applications and implement new features as required.
Ensure applications are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance.
