The Role

We are looking for an experienced SDE-2 to join our team in Noida and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will work on impactful products using Python full stack, Generative AI, and modern LLM-based technologies, helping shape robust systems that support business goals and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services using Python full stack technologies.
Build and integrate GenAI and LLM-powered features into products to enhance automation, intelligence, and user experience.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices for software engineering and architecture.
Develop and optimize APIs, services, and system components to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning to improve team delivery and code quality.
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective long-term fixes.

Required Qualifications

5 to 10 years of professional experience in software development, with strong expertise as an SDE-2 or equivalent.
Proficiency in Python full stack development, including backend frameworks and frontend integration.
Hands-on experience working with LLM, GenAI, or AI-enabled application development.
Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, working with databases, and developing scalable applications.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with MLOps, prompt engineering, or AI model integration workflows.
Exposure to containerization and deployment tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
