The Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to design, build, and optimize the core systems that power our products and services. Based in Delhi, this role will play a critical part in delivering secure, scalable, and efficient backend solutions that support business growth and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services, APIs, and system components using modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Build scalable and maintainable architectures that support performance, reliability, and future growth.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement effective fixes.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, debugging, and adherence to best coding standards.
• Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support deployment, monitoring, and system stability.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of experience in backend development with a strong track record of delivering production-grade applications.
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages and frameworks relevant to modern application development.
• Solid understanding of API development, database design, and system integration.
• Experience with scalability, performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
