The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join BDA Tech and help design, build, and maintain robust web applications end to end. In this Remote role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and reliable backend services that support business growth and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Node.js and React.
  • Build scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations that support business requirements.
  • Create responsive, intuitive, and high-performing front-end interfaces.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full stack engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js and React in production environments.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and modern web application architecture.
  • Experience working with databases, preferably SQL and/or NoSQL technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
  • Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience building scalable, distributed, or microservices-based applications.
