The Role

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team in Delhi and help shape intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with product, development, and business teams to translate ideas into seamless interfaces that enhance usability and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design decisions.
• Translate complex business needs into simple, engaging, and functional user experiences.
• Maintain consistency across design systems, components, and brand guidelines.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and evolving project requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related design role.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
• Good knowledge of responsive design and designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end development workflows.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and user research methods.
• Experience designing for SaaS, apps, or enterprise products.
