The Role

As a QA Tester at BDA Technologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Based in our Noida office, you will be responsible for conducting rigorous testing processes that uphold our high standards and contribute to the seamless operation of our technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with the development team to resolve identified issues.
Conduct regression testing to confirm the resolution of defects.
Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.
Participate in team meetings to provide feedback and insights on product quality.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Basic knowledge of coding in Java, Python, and C++.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience: 0 to 0 years (entry-level position).

Nice to Have

Familiarity with automated testing tools.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to performance and security testing.
