The Role

We are looking for a motivated SDE 1 to join our engineering team in Delhi. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions that support business goals and deliver value to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and features under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure application quality and performance.
• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and fixing software defects in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes, tools, and technical documentation.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply relevant learnings to improve development outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of professional software development experience or equivalent internship/project experience.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or similar.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, version control systems like Git, and debugging practices.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to frameworks, libraries, or tools relevant to backend, frontend, or full-stack development.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of cloud platforms or basic deployment concepts.
• Contributions to personal, academic, or open-source software projects.
