Senior Full Stack Developer Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, experience with modern frameworks, and the ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor developers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.

Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.

Develop scalable APIs, backend services, and database solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and reusable code.

Design and optimize relational and/or NoSQL databases.

Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

Troubleshoot performance, security, and production issues.

Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.

Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices.

Mentor junior and mid-level developers.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.

Contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployment, monitoring, and DevOps processes.

Ensure applications meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Strong backend experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.

Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web development practices.

Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.

Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases.

Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.

Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with testing frameworks and automated testing.

Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience designing microservices and distributed systems.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience working with monitoring and observability tools.

Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
